DESCRIPTION:Referent*innen\n\nMichael Eichhorn\, Julia Schmitt \n\nZielgruppe\n\nLehrende \n\nInhalt\n\nUm einzuschätzen\, inwieweit die angestrebten Ziele einer Lehrveranstaltung erreicht werden\, ist es hilfreich\, Evaluationen und Wirkungsanalysen durchzuführen. Dies gilt insbesondere auch\, wenn es darum geht\, die Auswirkung neuer Lehr-Lern-Formen und digitaler Medien auf Lernerfolg oder Motivation der Studierenden zu ermitteln. Durch die Einschätzung der Lernerfolge\, Wahrnehmung der Teilnehmer*innen und andere Indikatoren können Aussagen über die Wirkung innovativer (digitaler) pädagogischer Maßnahmen getroffen werden. Im Workshop erfahren Sie\, wie Sie eine Wirkungsanalyse für ihre (digitale) Lehrveranstaltung mit Hilfe des Phineo Staircase Modells planen. DESCRIPTION:Referent*innen\n\nSamuel Gross\, Nicola Maier\, Juliane Sommer\, Anna Jäger \n\nZielgruppe\n\nLehrende \n\nInhalt\n\nInternational teaching is gaining momentum on a global scale in higher education. Given the increasing presence of a multicultural international community in universities around the world\, global and local interconnections among teachers are significant. Although international teaching brings substantial advantages\, it also entails new challenges in didactic processes\, approaches\, concepts\, and interactions as well as in the design of a curriculum that addresses different global perspectives and methodologies. \n\nConsidering that the umbrella term of international teaching varies depending on the geographical location\, the institution\, the disciplinary field\, and teachers’ views\, the Goethe University Frankfurt\, Frankfurt University of Applied Sciences\, and Justus-Liebig-University Gießen want to offer you a digital space to discuss and exchange ideas on topics related to international teaching. Accordingly\, in the framework of a cooperation between the three aforementioned universities\, we are pleased to invite you to the online workshop: “International Teaching – First Steps”. This workshop seeks to provide an online venue for sharing ideas about international teaching in complex and evolving multicultural and digital environments. Goals & activities. \n\nAs we are aware that international teaching is no longer perceived as a goal per se\, but rather as an important tool\, the aim of this workshop is threefold: \n\nit seeks to stimulate and broaden the discussion for international cooperative (and digital?) teaching by engaging participants in a critical dialogue to explore diverse perspectives\, concerning approaches\, methodologies\, and/or concepts.\n\nit aims to provide a stage for exchange and discussion on current topics\, experiences\, and challenges on international teaching in local and global contexts.\n\nit addresses meaningful information regarding the systematic design and planning of international collaborative teaching formats that permit to build academic relationships across socio-cultural and geographical boundaries.\n\nContent to achieve the aforementioned objectives\, the workshop addresses the following topics:\n\nSpecific aspects to consider in designing and preparing international teaching (e.g. with regard to Constructive Alignment\, but also regarding basic principles of teaching)\n\nGood practice examples of international teaching\n\nTeam teaching: Characteristics and challenges\n\nChecklist for planning and organizing international teaching\n\nThe workshop itself is a bridge between exchange and discussion with practical applications. Consequently\, participants are welcome to share insights in order to develop their own concepts and approaches through dialogues and reflections on practice with others. This will be done in different individual and group working phases and break out rooms. \n\nKosten\n\n20\,00 €

Zentral geht es um die Frage\, wie BNE genutzt werden kann\, um Menschen zu ermutigen\, sich aktiv in die Gestaltung digitaler Technik einzubringen.
